1.SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Please read the following before servicing this washing
machine.
(1) Check to see if an electrical leakage occurs in
the machine.
(2) Unplug prior to servicing.
(3) Prevent water from making contact with
electrical elements in the mechanical parts.
2.CAUTION ON THE OPERATION
2-1. Caution On The Installation
(1) This washing machine must be properly
grounded for safety.
(2) Select firm, level position near the water faucet
and power source to operate the washin
machine.
(3) Do not expose the washing machine to direct
sunshikne. The panel and such things may
become deformed or discolored.
(4) Be sure that all connections are tightened
enough to prevent water leakage.
2-2. Caution For Safety While Using
After a trial running, give the following advice for safety
to the customers.
And advise them to read the owner’s manual for
themselves.
(1) Please disconnect the power cord after each
use.
(2) Do not splash water on the panel with switches.
It can cause deterioration of the electrical
insulation and rusting.
2-3. General Precautions
(1) Do not use caustic soda, hight alkaline detergent
or strong bleach.
Do not scrub the washing machine with brushed
so as not to corrode or damage painted surface
and plastic  parts.
(2) Be sure not to leave wash water with bleash in
the wash tub for long periods of time.

5.DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE
Before attempting to replace or adjust any
part of the washing machine, disconnect the
electrical power cord from the wall outlet.
5-1. Panel Assembly Replacement
Refer to the figure and proceed as follows :
(1) Unscrew and remove the screws fastening the
back cover and remove the back cover. (fig. 1)
(2) Unwind the vinyl tape and disconnected the
lead wires. And disconnect the receptacle
housing, if it is connected. (fig. 2)
(3) Disconnect the pluger valve strap from the
rod. (fig.3)
(4) Unscrew and remove the screws side or rear
fastening the panel assembly. (fig. 4)
(5) Lift up the panel assembly about 30mm., and
lay it down on the top. (fig. 5)
