Spin Drying
While spinning, spin dryer
basket is unbalanced.
Installation is unbalanced.
Installed area is not level.
Load in spin dryer basket is
unbalanced.
Advise the customer to install the
washing machine in a more stable
location.
Spinning operation is not
proper.
After opening spin dryer cover,
spin dryer basket continues
revolving.
Others
No draining
When draining water, water
does not flow out smoothly.
Noise
Water leakage/overflow
from panel
Bellows assembly is damaged.
Center between spin shaft and
coupling is unbalanced.
Brake is defective.
Spin shaft is clogged.
Drain hose is clogged.
Bearing for bellows assembly is worn.
Brake is defective.
Vent is turned over or is not secure.
Vent is faulty.
Drain selector position is defective
or is not correct.
Strap connection is defective.
Lint sticks to the filter or hoses.
Drain hose is clogged.
Lint is sticking to the plunger valve,
the filter or hoses.
Blockage between the pulsator and
the tub.
Bearing for pulsator shaft assembly
is worn.
Bearing of bellows assembly is
worn.
Sponge out/dirty.

Re-distribute the load.
Advise the customer of correct loading.
