TROUBLE
CAUSE
REPAIR METHOD
Power Supply
Power is not supplied to
washing machine.
Power cord is not plugged
into the wall outlet firmly.
Power is not supplied at the
wall outlet.
Connect firmly.
Advise the customer.
Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker.
Advise the customer.
Spin Drying
After connecting to the power
source and turning spin timer ON,
spin motor does not operate.
After connecting to the power source
and turning spin timer ON, spin motor
does not operate properly.(When
spin motor makes strange noise.)
Plug or wiring is defective.
Spin timer is faulty.
Door switch is faulty.
Capacitor is defective.
Motor is defective.
Brake is defective.
Capacitor is defective.
Motor is defective.
Repair and rewire properly.
Replace with a new one.
Adjust or replace with a new one.
Replace with a new one.
Replace with a new one.
Replace the brake assembly with a new one.
Replace with a new one.
Replace with a new one.
Washing and Rinsing
After connecting to the power
source and turning wash timer
ON, wash motor does not
operate.
After connecting to the power
source and turning wash timer
ON, wash motor does not
operate properly.(When wash
motor makes strange noise.)
Clothes do not swirl adequately
Amount of water decreases
while washing.
While rinsing, water overflows
from corner of the wash tub.
Plug or wiring is defective.
Wash timer is faulty.
Capacitor is defective.

Blockage between the pulsator
and the tub.
Excessive amount of clothes.
Drain selector position is not
