This option saves energy by using cooler water

while increasing the wash and rinse times to

maintain wash performance.  This feature is only

available with the NORMAL/CASUAL and

HEAVY DUTY cycles as listed below.

This option will add an extra rinse to the selected

cycle. Use this option to help ensure the removal

of detergent or bleach residue from fabrics.

Pressing the EXTRA RINSE button twice will add

two additional rinses to the cycle. Water plus

the water temperature is

raised in three steps to

optimize cleaning

performance.

The NORMAL/CASUAL

cycle and the HEAVY

DUTY cycle use a special

JET SPRAY rinse to save

water. If fabric softener is to

be used with either of these

cycles, then the FABRIC

SOFTENER option or the

EXTRA RINSE option must

be selected.
