4.10. UHD Inspection
(1) Video Inspection(UDG-4004NS)
1) Insert the HDMI Cable to TV Set.
2) Convert to HDMI Mode using TV/AV Key on Adjust
remote control.
3) Inspect the sound and picture operation well.
(Color condition, Picture noise, Sound distortion etc.)
4)Inspection 2D → 3D conversion
(2) Pattern Inspection (MSPG-7100)
1) Insert the HDMI Jack to HDMI 1 Port.
2) Convert to UHD Inspection Pattern.(Use remote control)
3) Check Video and Sound.
4) Convert to 64 Gray Inspection Pattern.(Refer to Pictures)
5) Check Video and Sound.
6) Inspect HDMI-CEC function.(Push Play & Pause button)
(3) If there are HDMI Port 2,3 and 4, Do each pattern Inspection.
(4) Inspect that 4k movie file is played automatically when
USB is inserted on Power only mode. (Only HEVC model)
1) Make the folder "LG_HEVCDEMO" or "lg_hevcdemo" in
USB flash memory.
2) Change 4k movie file to "*.lge".
4.11. Ship-out mode check (In-stop)
▪ After final inspection, press In-Stop key of the Adj. R/C and
check that the unit goes to Stand-by mode.
5.1. Method
- Check that Power Cord is fully inserted to the SET. (If
loose, re-insert)
- Unit fully inserted Power cord, Antenna cable and A/V
arrive to the auto-check process.
- Connect D-terminal to AV JACK TESTER
- Auto CONTROLLER(GWS103-4) ON
- Perform GND TEST
- If NG, Buzzer will sound to inform the operator.
- If OK, changeover to I/P check automatically.
(Remove CORD, A/V form AV JACK BOX.)
- Perform I/P test
- If NG, Buzzer will sound to inform the operator.
- If OK, Good lamp will lit up and the stopper will allow the
pallet to move on to next process.
5.2. Checkpoint
▪ TEST voltage
- GND: 1.5 KV / min at 100 mA
- SIGNAL: 3 KV / min at 100 mA
▪ TEST time: 1 second
▪ TEST POINT
- GND TEST = POWER CORD GND & SIGNAL CABLE
METAL GND
NEUTRAL
▪ LEAKAGE CURRENT: At 0.5 mArms
