E201 TP304 Charging 5V abnormal：
1、Visual inspection of IC U304 if soldiered OK.
2、Test pin19 voltage. If no voltage, check L311, L310 for open circuit and J301 for short circuit.

E202 TP312 Charging current abnormal：
1、TP304 voltage normal. TP312 current abnormal. Check if J302 no short circuit.
