The name of this upgrade is: 3.0.9 

 

How to upgrade:   

1.

  Dock an iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch on the Venue LT.   

2.

  Go to the Settings of the iPad/iPhone/iPod, select “General” followed by 

“About” followed by “JBL OnBeat Venue LT”. Now check Firmware Version, and 
select “Find App for Accessory”. 

3.

  Install the APP “JBL MusicFlow”, or open it if you have already installed it. 

4.

  After installing the APP, open the APP. Skip all of the instructions and start the 

APP. You may create a playlist. 

5.

  Click the JBL Logo, click the circled “i” icon that appears, and select Firmware 

Upgrade. 

6.

  A message pops up, either informing you that the 1: current version is the latest, 

or 2: that new firmware is available. Click on OK to close the message if you have 
the newest firmware. Also click on OK if new firmware is available, and you want 
to upgrade. 

7.

  The upgrade begins. Do not remove the iPad/iPhone/iPod during upgrade. 

8.

  Wait for the upgrade to finish, Select ‘OK’. The upgrade is finished. 

9.

  Unplug the power cable, then re-insert it and switch the Venue LT on again. 

10.

 You may now check that the upgrade has taken place. Go to the iPad Settings 

again, select “General”, select “About”, select “JBL OnBeat Venue LT” as in step 
2. Check that the firmware version is correct.   

 
 
Note: Do not press any buttons or interrupt the power supply during the upgrading 
process, otherwise the player may become defective.
