Authentic L8 troubleshooting flow 
Dear customers, 
We kindly thank you for using this product, following are instruction if you have troubles using it.   
1)  If the product is unable to power on, there are below actions you should follow: 
1.  Make sure the circuit is open and you should plug in your product then turn the AC power 
switch into option “on”, then press the power key. 
2.  If the product is still unable to work, please contact our customer service. 
2)  When you can’t wake up the Bluetooth via your phones/computers, advice will be taken by 
following: 
1.  Make sure your phones/computers have an available Bluetooth function.   
2.  Please keep the source option of the product is located on Bluetooth set and keep the 
Bluetooth indication logo in flickering situation. 
3.  Besides above two items, you also need to take care your Bluetooth connection option is for 
“JBL-L8-bluetooth wireless”. 
4.  If the Bluetooth function is still no working, please reboot the product and connect again. 
3)  When you can’t connect the Bluetooth function via the NFC tag, we will suggest you below: 
1.  Make sure your device is available for NFC connection. 
2.  You need to put your device in near front of the NFC area, you need to mind that too far 
interval between you device and the NFC tag won’t be able to arouse the Bluetooth.   
3.  If there is still no connection tips on your device, we advice you reboot your device for double 
connection. 
4)  If the product is unable to connect the airplay, we will suggest you below: 
1.  Make sure the USB connection between your Iphone/ipad and the product is available. 
2.  After 5 seconds press the source key, the screen of your device will jump out a caption “do 
you want to share your device via airplay”, and you should choose “allow” for the allowable 
connection. 
3.  Make sure the itune software of your computer is running, and you should choose the 
“JBL-L8-WIFI” for your music sharing. 
4.  If the airplay still doesn’t work, please reboot your router and computer then connect again.     
5)    If the product is unable to connect the DLNA, we will suggest you below: 
1.  Make sure your source select is DLNA mode. 
2.  Please make sure all devices for wireless linking is power on. 
3.  Please be sure your internet IP code input is: 192.168.1.1, then you should choose your 
network device to be compatible with your router. 
6)  If the volume of the speaker is very low when you turn on the product, please take notice the guide 
light and make sure the volume knob is not situated in the max volume condition.
