Drive+Play™ shut-off after one hour
You may have customer feedback related to Drive+Play™ shut-off after about one hour; here is some
fact on the auto shut-off:
- The shut-off is factory preset.
- The auto shut-off is not a user option, it is always enabled.
- Shut-off function is always active; driving or already parked.
- The auto shut-off turns off the device after about one hour of inactivity.
Inactivity means no turning of the control knob or pressing of the buttons.

In the Owner’s manual under installation is written;
“NOTE: If your cigarette lighter works even when the car’s ignition switch is in the “off” position, you’ll
have to turn Drive + Play on manually. It can be turned off manually, or it will shut off automatically after
one hour of inactivity.”
