Subject:
Power off after 10min
Issue:
Go+Play may go in to St-by after 10min use.
Cause:
Solder joints shortcut to ground
There has been a rework action on the first units of Go+Play incoming.
The issue is caused by the music sense circuit is damage by a solder joints shortcut to ground.
Out of reworked units about 2% will have the issue.
Remedy:
1. Remove the 200K resistor going from C36 to R14 (added under rework)
See picture 1.
2. Clean the area for old solder tin. (note the track going from C36 to R14 is cut)
See picture 2.
3. Place a new 200K resistor and make sure the solder joint only connect to the C36 pad and R14 pad.
