SECTION 1
SERVICING NOTES
IMPORTANT NOTE OF “INITIALIZING”
(DSX-S310BTX only)
The purpose of “Bluetooth Initialize” is to initialize the Bluetooth
connection history (HF/Audio Streaming). (To delete the device
information for the devices that you connected to when searching,
etc.)
When the BT board or MAIN board (including BT board) are re-
placed, it is necessary to initialize this set.
Refer to the following, initialize this set.

UNLEADED SOLDER
Boards requiring use of unleaded solder are printed with the lead-
free mark (LF) indicating the solder contains no lead.

ABOUT THE BT BOARD REPLACEMENT

When repairing, the complete BT board should be replaced since
any parts in the BT board cannot be repaired.

NOTE FOR THE 24-PIN CONNECTOR (CN901)
Do not use alcohol to clean the 24-pin connector (CN901) connect-
ing the front panel with the main body.

Initializing Bluetooth Settings
You can initialize all the Bluetooth-related
settings from this unit.

The menu list appears.

Replacing the lithium battery of the
card remote commander
Under normal conditions, the battery will last
approximately 1 year. (The service life may be
shorter, depending on the conditions of use.)
When the battery becomes weak, the range of the
card remote commander becomes shorter. Replace
the battery with a new CR2025 lithium battery. Use
of any other battery may present a risk of fire or
explosion.
