1.2.02.01 Normal load as described in 
Annex L or as close as possible to the most 
severe normal use 

The ‘Normal load’ was established by adjusting the Satellite 
volume and Subwoofer amplitude controls, at the maximum 
level, with input connected to a pink noise generator adjusted 
to 1/8th Max undistorted output.  The input signal used for the 
system input, was filtered pink noise as described in IEC/EN 
60065 for audio equipment. 

 

 

1.2.05 Connection to the supply. 

The external power supply was not evaluated in this test 
report.  An external power supply suitable for the country of 
use shall be provided, and shall have an output complying 
with Limited Power Source (LPS). 

 

 

1.7.12 Language of safety markings / 
instruction. 

Instructions and equipment marking related to safety shall be 
applied in a language, which is acceptable in the country in 
which the equipment is to be sold. 

 

 

1.7.2 Safety instructions, required 
markings regarding use of a specified 
power supply. 

Class III Equipment with an enclosure made of HB-Material, 
using a non-special connector for the DC input must have a 
marking stating the manufacturer and model number of the 
power supply to be used.  Marking is provi ded. 

 

 

3.2 Connection to the supply. 

Unit is powered by a limited power source complying with 
Sub-clause 2.5. The external power supply was not evaluated 
in this test report.
